Returning a damage item:


We take pride in providing excellence in quality and design in our jewelry.  If you are not satisfied please send us an email at or click here to fill our return form. ) Our first attempt is to rectify the situation asap.

If you need to return an item first step is to fill out return form or email us with the reason for return. We will send you a return item number (you must have for all returns). 

If you are returning your item due to item being damaged when received, you must email us within 3 days of receiving the items . Please provide a picture showing  damaged item and email us  @, with subject damaged items. Customer is not responsible for postage on return. We will provide the free return shipping label, so that your return process is seamless and easy.   You have the option to exchange for same exact item or a full refund. 


Exchanging an Item:

We only except exchanges on items that are received damaged or defective. If exchanging for the exact same item. Send us an email with a picture showing item is damaged and we will send you an return item #. Once we receive the damaged item we will send you out another item. 


Returning a item you just don't want:

If you are returning because you just don’t want the item you must send us an email within 48 hours of receiving it. Customer is responsible for postage on return.

You have 10 days to return your purchase after you have been approved and given an return item number via email and all shipping information.

We can not refund or exchange your item after this time frame. All items must not be worn and be in its original packaging and condition that you received it in.

Once we receive your return:

We inspect it and ensure its in the original state. We will email you when we have received your return and advise if it will be approved or not for a return.

If you are approved, we will start the return process and issue a credit to your credit card 3-5 business days.

If your items are rejected due to it being worn or used, not in its original packaging, missing parts or is evident this item was damaged from being worn. No refund is issued in that case.  The customer is responsible for us to return item back to them.  


Please do not return your item without contacting us first via email and listing your return reason.
